When I had a heart attack in 1997, it was a huge shock for me and my whole family to come to terms with. Fortunately, it worked out to be one of the ' best things to happen ' to me. Instead of being ill or bedridden, I was able to play competitive sport within 3 months!
Ever since, I enjoy and live a fearless life without any constraints or without sacrificing any of my pleasures. When I accepted my punishment gracefully, my reward came in the form of knowledge that I acquired on physical, mental, spiritual and medical aspects of life.
